Will my partner stay with me?

A couple days ago, my boyfriend was going down on me, but I got food poisoning in the middle of it and accidentally pooped all over his face as i climaxed....I tried to tell him it was an accident and that I love him, but he just left without saying a word. This isn't the first time that this has happened, because i have IBS But he's never been this upset. Would you stay with me if you were him?
