Pain on left side during clitoral orgasm?

I've recently experienced a dull cramp like pain on my left side of pelvis, only during clitoral orgasm. The pain is not before when being stimulated or any other time only during climax. Could this be a pulled muscle, due to over stimulation of my clit? I also use a vibrator often and was told this could be a possibility contributing to the pain. I don't have health insurance so I can't just go to a gyn, or have one to call and ask, but I am worried so please help
