Is it okay to run out of class if...?

You need to talk to your teachers,councilor, and nurse about this and so they will know when you just get up and run out of class they know the reason why. And the nurse can talk to your teachers and tell them about your problem and you may need to just get up and leave at times to throw up or whatever.
