Should an American mother complain yes or no?

Should an American mother complain yes or no? Her husband raises her US born daughter in the close nit family structure of the 1950's, the same way most European children (example, Belgium, Italy, Sweden are raised) and properly under Italian standards. Most Europeans think that her daughter is raised European not American and can tell that on the way she behaves and is raised. The relationship between father and daughter are as good one most Italian man have with their daughter. Her daughter is better behaved than most adults in the United States, but spends most of her time with her daddy. Her American husband is raised Italian/European not American because his grand mother (mothers mother) is born in Italy, so most Europeans think her American husband is European.
