Songs and Theme[name] for farewell party..?

My school prefectorial board will be having an farewell party to thank our seniors for guiding us all the time.. I am finding a song that is slow [not so necessary] , meaning and most importantly has a good climax[chorus] that can make someones tears out like "you raise me up" and the titanic theme song.. I will be needing a meaningful name to be used as the theme of the party.
