How can i make my self mutilation scars go away! (scratching not cutting)?

i self mutilate by scratching my left arm left leg. and today my nail just gashed a crap ton of skin. and now i have two very noticeable gashes. i told my dad hurt my leg on my bike chain which didn't work because the chain is on the right side. these scratches i just know will be scars, so i need some lists of ways to make scars less noticeable since right now i have 107 degree weather, and will be going to amusement parks and so on with shorts. please help. im trying to stop with m problems now please help me with this!
