Expanded Publishing Info..?

Okay, so I am getting mixed answers.. Finish your book, don't finish it.. Is there a place and or person I can send what I have so far, just to see if it is even worth finishing.. I have had many people read it. Not just peers, family, and acquaintances. I know that with me being so young, and with this being one of my first few books that I don't necessarily have a good outlook. I just need to know, because I personally don't want to waist a load of time on something that will not benefit me or anyone else. I have had an English teacher of mine read it. Actually, I have had two. Both of them said that it was really good so far, and I should keep going with it to see if I can get anywhere. They also both said they would buy a copy if it was ever put out on shelves. So far, I have 30 pages, and 8586 words. I am on the first page of Chapter 4. My book is called "A Terrifying Love" and is teen based. It is a mystery/teen romance novel. I am writing it all from one dream I had a little while back, which happens to be the climax of the whole story. Any advice will be taken, and deeply appreciated. Please and thanks!
