Did you know that Jeffrey Dahmer is in heaven while some of his victims are in hell?

Jeffrey accepted Jesus as his savior so he has eternal life but unfortunatly some of the victims that he had mutilated and cannabalized are burning in hell forever for being atheist(I did some research) Isn't the christian God great?
