yesterday i went to a sports thing where we play games like grand champion, dodge ball, etc. but today im sore for it and i have basketball practice. I asked her if we could skip practice today, and she said no because it is healthy to work your muscles when you are sore, but i went online and it says that you need to rest if you are sore. i tried to tell my mom not to go, but she says not to argue with her. I know that if it hurts just to walk around then it will hurt a lot when my coach tells us to sprint ( we have to every practice) and i really dont want to go but my mum told me that i couldnt argue with her about, should i just go anyways, or should i continue to talk about it?

What Sci-fi game is this?

I saw the advert for it years ago (probably about 2007 - 2008). It had aliens but monsterish ones. It looked like a first person shooter but I'm not sure. The advert started (I think) with black and white films of a BBQ and a spaceship appearing in the air above them (again that might of been my imagination). It went on to explain how humanity was now just a mutilated mass or something like that, and all they could hope to do was fight. If anyone has any idea what game it is then please answer, because I'm really curious and remember the trailer scaring the hell out of me. Note - it is not Destroy All Humans.

Should i join the Marines or should i stay and go to college?

i'm 18 I have U.S.M.C running through my veins ever since my great grand dad came here from france to make a better life, every generation in my family (from my dads side) has served in the Marines at some point or another, now recently i was approached by my cities police department and was offered an apprenticeship by them that would give me experience in the law enforcement field and i would be offered a job there by my 21st birthday (2014 A.D), so long as I went to college in my city for 2 years and kept a clean record. But on the other hand my Marines recruiter has promised me a place in the Marines Military Police (so long as i pass Boot Camp) now im not sure wether i should be the 1st generation ever to discontinue my families Marine legacy, severly disappoint my dad but get a stable career by the time i finish college, or if i should just join up serve my country for 6 years then come back and go to college for a year apply to a police department and wait to get a job! i honestly feel lost i need some kind of guidence from someone who's had to deal with some kind of problem like this!

Ok, I'm 14 and she's 13. My parents never really told me anything about sex, because I figured out all that stuff pretty early in my life because I was one of those little kids who don't stop asking until they figure it out. My sister on the other hand dosen't know much about sex based upon things she's said to me. She only knows that a guy and girl have vaginal sex and can have a baby. But she dosen't know what oral or anal sex is, she barely knows any terms that are used, and things like climax, orgasm, etc. She dosen't even know what masturbating is! This could not be good for her later in life so I was wondering if I should like tell my parents or something?

Advice for aftermarket deck or ipod integration for a 2004 pontiac grand prix gtp?

I have a 2004 Pontiac grand prix gtp and I need to get an iPod hookup to the cars sound system. I would get a cd deck but don't know how to put one in when I have the air controls on that panel and I need to keep the 8 disc cd changer. Is there a stereo converter for my car that can fit an aftermarket deck and allow me to use the air controls as well as my cd changer ? If not is there just a cord I can install to my factory unit to allow me to hook me iPod up to it without losing quality ? Any help is appreciated thanks !!!

Girlfriend is going to get an abortion unless I debark my dog?

My girlfriend and I have been living together for about 2 years. She's hated my dog from day one and has been nagging me to debark him because his barking is too loud when she is watching tv. A few days ago we just found out she is pregnant and she is threatening to get an abortion if I don't debark my dog. I'm a pro-life Catholic and I believe abortion is murder, but I also can't just mutilate my pet either. Please help, I know she's serious and that she will go through with the abortion. Should I let my girlfriend abort our baby or should I get my dog debarked?

The Human Centipede 2 - thoughts?

The premise was… compelling – I think I was more curious than excited. But yeah, the film was totally crap. The scientist was way cliché and as you said, the victims were never anything other than a human centipede. If the director was to make another, different movie, I’d no doubt watch it, providing the plot was as weird as this one, but would do so fully expecting to be disappointed. If he were to get the go-ahead for HC2, I would probably pass.
